Working together in Cadlog
Our Cadlog Team includes people of many nationalities, working in four different Countries. Diversity is not an obstacle to us, but a great value that we must proactively cultivate. We consider ourselves a precious mosaic that keeps enriching itself at each new person joining our company. This is the starting point of our "happiness" in Cadlog. How we work
We follow our mantra to put our Customer at the Center of our organization. Any new person joining Cadlog goes through a long onboarding training before starting any kind of activity. We must first positively contaminate the person with our "Cadlog spirit", secondly be sure that he or she has acquired the necessary knowledge to manage the customer competently.
We have a matrix organizational structure, able to combine skills and roles, what allows us to transfer our internal value to our different customers. We keep realigning this matrix on an yearly basis, according to the feedback coming from our customers and the market of electronics, which keeps increasing its own complexity.
